DEPOSIT NOTICE
- To Ensure Your Pick of Litter You must Place A Deposit!
- To Hold a puppy or dog you MUST place a deposit!
- The Deposit is Non Refundable.
- A Deposit Contract MUST be filled out and Signed as well as the Purchase Agreement Contract.
- First come First Serve, no Puppy or Dog will be held without a deposit.
I have to place this notice due to the fact of an incident were a young man called about a Rescue dog named Rosco, He said he was interested in the dog and wanted to come a see him the next day,a 20 minute drive, He did not place a deposit on the dog to hold him and he never stated he wanted to purchase him, he stated he was interested in him,( I hear that alot, never to see or hear from the person again) another man and his 15 year old son drove the 2 hours to see Rosco, feel in love with him and purchased him, the other young man, was mad so he turned my Kennel into the Better Business Bureau, who contacted me and heard the other side of the story and closed the case, so the young man put my name on the badbusinessbureau, so everytime someone Googles my site you see a negative comment, with untruths, so that one person has made things difficult for everyone else, more paper work and contracts and notice's like this. I am deeply sorry that people are like that but that is how it is now days. I am sorry for the inconvience of the Deposit Contracts and the red tape.
